Return & Refund Policy

At Gamble Run Game Calls, I want you to be happy with the call you purchase. Every call is handmade and individually checked before leaving my shop in Abbeville, South Carolina.

Pot Calls

Buying a pot call online means you don't get the opportunity to run it before making your decision. I want you to feel comfortable giving a Gamble Run call a try.

If you receive your pot call and aren't happy with it, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Returned calls must be in excellent, like-new condition and free from damage, excessive wear, modifications, or abuse. Calls returned damaged or in a condition that prevents them from being resold may not qualify for a full refund.

Unless the return is the result of an error on my part or a defective product, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact Gamble Run Game Calls before sending a return so I know it's coming.

Mouth Calls

Due to the hygienic nature of diaphragm mouth calls, mouth calls cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.

If a mouth call arrives damaged, defective, or there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I'll work with you to make it right.

Strikers & Other Products

Unused strikers and other non-mouth-call products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in excellent, like-new condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

Handmade Products

Gamble Run calls are handmade one at a time from natural materials. Wood grain, color, figure, and other small cosmetic characteristics will naturally vary from call to call.

These variations are part of what makes each handmade call unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact me as soon as possible.

If I made a mistake, I'll make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
