Return & Refund Policy
At Gamble Run Game Calls, I want you to be happy with the call you purchase. Every call is handmade and individually checked before it leaves my shop in Abbeville, South Carolina.
If something isn't right with your order, please reach out. I'll always do my best to make things right.
Pot Calls
Buying a pot call online is a little different than picking one up and running it yourself, so I want you to have the opportunity to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
If your pot call isn't the right fit for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
The call must be returned in excellent, like-new condition along with the striker that came with it. Calls showing damage, excessive wear, modifications, or misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a problem with the order on my end.
Please contact me before sending your call back so I know it's coming and can help make the process as easy as possible.
Mouth Calls
Because diaphragm calls are personal-use products that are designed to be placed in the mouth, all mouth call sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to both opened and unopened mouth calls.
Of course, if I accidentally send you the wrong call or there's a problem with the product when it arrives, please let me know. I'll take care of it.
Strikers & Other Products
Unused strikers and other non-mouth-call products may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they're in excellent, like-new condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on my end.
A Note About Handmade Calls
Every Gamble Run call is handmade one at a time, and my pot calls are turned from real hardwood.
Natural variations in wood grain, figure, and color are part of what makes each call unique. Small differences from one call to another are normal with a handmade product and aren't considered defects.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please take a look at your order when it arrives. If something was damaged in shipping, there's a defect, or I sent you the wrong item, please reach out and give me the opportunity to make it right.
Email me at gamblerundeals@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what's going on. Photos are helpful if something arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect an approved return, I'll issue the eligible refund to your original payment method.
Your bank or credit-card company may take a little additional time to process the refund after it's issued.
